Imbolc

 

My first time to celebrate Imbolc falls on a New Moon. Kinda follows my whole new moon, New me, new beginnings. I am celebrating by invoking Brigid, Spring cleaning (both physically and spiritually), making a Brigid Cross, doing a tarot reading for February, planting some seeds (flowers and trees), and of course a family feast. Imbolc in the new moon is a time for new beginnings. It is a symbol to me of the new path I have finally fully embraced. The Tarot Cards I drew for February are the King of Swords, Two of Cups, and Eight of Wands. It will be a month of finding mental clarity and truth. Our household will enjoy a time of stability and financial security and our struggles seems to be behind us as. We are being propelled forward and into a fast paced change. We will be busy, but in a good, productive way.  My marriage will experience a stronger partnership with a deepening connection, more equality, and more balanced.
